Who Are The Patients Being Helped By

Golf Pain Expert Paul Hendricks?

Paul Hendricks has been helping people in Austin suffering from Golf Pain for many years.

Here are just a small number of happy patients who’ve worked with Paul and discovered how to stop their Golf Pain without painkillers, injections, or surgery.

who does Paul Hendricks help?

At Body Balance, we’ve worked with thousands of clients, including many golfers over the years. I often hear stories from patients about the various things they’ve tried that haven’t worked, such as taking painkillers, injections, or simply resting and hoping the pain goes away on its own. The most common issue I hear from golfers is how their pain or minor injuries affect their social lives. Many of them can no longer get out on the course to play nine or eighteen holes, spend time with their friends, or enjoy a drink at the 19th hole afterward. These injuries also impact their family life—golf is often a way for them to spend time with their spouse, kids, or grandkids, whether it’s playing a round or practicing chipping and putting.

What types of pain we help treat, and how we help treat them?

I also hear how pain affects their work life. For instance, shoulder or neck pain can make it difficult to sit at a computer, while back or knee pain can prevent them from lifting and carrying things as they used to. Of course, many of my patients just want to get back to playing golf but have tried so many things that haven’t worked—over-the-counter and prescription medications, and injections, to name just a few. While some of these treatments provide temporary relief—like an injection that lasts for a few months—they don’t address the root cause of the problem.

These pains stop people from doing the things they love, and they worry about not being able to take care of themselves or their family in the future. These are the stories I hear over and over again, and these are the people I love to help. At Body Balance Physical Therapy, I take the time to understand each person’s unique injury, history, and goals. Whether it’s a flexibility issue or a weakness causing the problem, I dig deep to find the source.

How Does Paul Hendricks treat specific golf pain?

Throughout the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of golfers—from amateurs to tour professionals, from junior golfers just starting out in the game to adults of all ages and skill levels. I help with injuries, surgical recovery, injury prevention, and even golf performance. Many people are wary of relying on pain medication, fearing addiction or long-term dependency. What they really want is a solution that fixes the underlying issues so that their pain doesn’t return.

As the leading golf pain expert, I have trained extensively with the Titleist Performance Institute and hold its highest medical certification, Medical Professional 3, as well as certifications as a junior coach and golf sports nutrition expert. I’ve spent years honing my knowledge, especially when it comes to helping golfers. When you come for treatment at Body Balance, I will not only understand your physical condition but will also understand your golf game and what you want to get back to doing. That’s what sets us apart—if a physical therapist doesn’t understand the golf swing, they can’t fully understand how to help you. At Body Balance Physical Therapy, I will.

“I cannot say enough good things about Body Balance. I recently went through a total knee replacement and within 4 weeks my knee rotation back a 120 degrees!”

I recently had to go through an entire knee replacement surgery and was worried that I wouldn’t get my knee back to the way it was. However, after coming to Body Balance my recovery process was greatly improved and after only 4 weeks my knee was back rotating at 120 degrees.

INCREASED RANGE OF MOTION AFTER A TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT

“I went to PT with extreme tightness in my back...
When I left I Had No back pain at all.”

I went to PT with extreme tightness in my back…I can only describe it as my back being “frozen” & it was difficult to walk. Cassie worked on my back and did a procedure with needles. When I left I felt so much better that I went to the store, did a few things around our home, laid down for a little while and when I got up my back was 100% better. I had absolutely no pain. The muscles that had been “frozen” & in knots were back to normal, & I had no sciatica pain!

Started working with Cassie after a knee replacement. She helped me so much physically and mentally. I was pretty down going into the third week after operation. She helped getting my confidence back that it would get better. Would highly recommend this facility for rehab
